Air conditioning not functioning during my stay!!! The hot tub's outdated pumps left me disappointed—surely a simple maintenance fix!!! Old towels persistently littered the pool area. The hotel could use decorative upgrades!!!

Just a decent option for a weekend adventure in Charleston with outstanding value for money. The shuttle driver was amazing and so helpful with local tips. Make sure to check the air conditioning before settling in.

We just had a fantastic four-night stay! The breakfast options were delightful, and having daily housekeeping made everything feel so cozy. Plus, the pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The room was clean with a lovely fragrance that welcomed us after each day out! The staff provided excellent service, promptly addressing our needs. We appreciated the quick breakfast options that helped us stay on schedule during our adventures. In addition, the room had a cozy reading nook that made it enjoyable to relax after exploring.

Family with children, cozy stay

I gotta say, the staff was exceptional. Mr Gigi the shuttle driver was such an amazing person, always smiling and making our rides a pleasure, it felt like we were friends by the end. The daily housekeeping was another highlight, despite us keeping the room clean, it’s always nice to come back to a tidy space after a day out with the family.

It wasn’t cheap,, but still acceptable for the quality we received.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at holiday inn express! the king suite was spotless and had a pleasant fragrance. the hotel is ideally located, so we spent little time driving. breakfast was just right, allowing us to quickly start our explorations. the 24-hour fitness center was also a huge plus!

I faced significant issues during my stay. The hot tub was closed, and when I asked about it, the staff seemed uninterested in providing any updates. Additionally, check-in took far too long, despite there being no other guests. The dust on the room's Keurig and the shifting toilet seat added to my frustration. I expected a much higher standard for the price I paid.

The stay was enjoyable with a cozy King Suite. Cleanliness was top-notch and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast provided great options to fuel our day. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend this place! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a cozy reading nook. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tamikia at the front desk who provided us with lots of useful information. The breakfast was a highlight with plenty of delicious options to choose from!
